About event

Amster Yard Sounds presents Camila Meza—Chilean guitarist, singer & composer—fusing Latin, Brazilian, folk, pop & jazz in a unique concert! As part of Amster Yard Sounds 2026, curated by acclaimed Spanish pianist Marta Sánchez, Chilean composer and guitarist Camila Meza takes the stage for a truly special concert. Meza brings her distinctive fusion of Latin American, Brazilian, folk, pop, and jazz—an inventive and deeply emotional sound that has captivated audiences worldwide — alo ng side Rya n Keberle on the trombone and Jorge Roeder on the base. Born in Santiago, Chile and now based in New York, Camila Meza is one of the most influential voices in contemporary Latin American jazz. Her music blends harmonic sophistication, lyrical vocals, and a unique sonic identity that bridges tradition and modernity. With critically acclaimed albums such as Traces and Ámbar , and regular collaborations with leading musicians on the New York scene, Meza continues to redefine the boundaries of jazz with elegance and originality. --- After the concert, we invite you to enjoy a glass of Torres wine and an opportunity to engage in an informal conversation with the musicians and fellow music lovers—a perfect way to continue the evening in the warm spirit of community that defines Amster Yard Sounds. Amster Yard Sounds is proudly sponsored by Torres , one of Spain’s most respected and internationally admired wine families. With more than 150 years of winemaking heritage, Torres has built a global presence that includes the United States, where Marimar Torres founded Marimar Estate in California in 1986 , bringing the family’s tradition of quality and innovation to American soil.
