RegisterBeloved actress Jennie Garth shares a memoir about pursuing happiness , aging with confidence, and learning to prioritize yourself. St. Louis County Library Foundation presents An Evening with Beloved Actress, Podcast Host and Designer Jennie Garth “I Choose Me: Chasing Joy, Finding Purpose, and Embracing Reinvention” Thursday, April 16, 7:00 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.) St. Louis County Library - Clark Family Branch 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis MO 63131 Beloved actress, designer, and podcast host, Jennie Garth skyrocketed to stardom with the iconic role of Kelly Taylor in the hit television series "Beverly Hills, 90210," which ran for ten seasons during the 1990s. Now in her 50s, she invites readers into the real story of growing up on screen, facing Hollywood’s impossible beauty standards, and losing—and finding—herself through heartbreak, loss, and the challenge of motherhood. Jennie writes with warmth and candor about learning to quiet the voice that says “not enough” and daring to take up space, speak her truth, and want more. Most recently, Jennie Garth is the creator of the "Me by Jennie Garth" brand, which includes a clothing line for QVC and podcast named "I Choose Me with Jennie Garth" with iHeartPodcasts. Jennie is an advocate for women's wellness and heart health and a long time supporter for the American Heart association. Jennie lives in Los Angeles with her family and pets. INDIVIDUAL TICKET $42 (Admits ONE and includes one pre-signed copy of “I Choose Me") A photo line will follow the presentation. Seating will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
