RSVPBLIN returns with Volume III, bringing its independent publication and exhibition to Peckham Oasis Gallery. About BLIN RETURNS WITH VOLUME III An exhibition and publication launch bringing together Slavic and Post-Soviet artist voices Curated by Anastasia Leyko. Named after the Russian word “ blin” , meaning both a pancake and a colloquial expression of frustration like “damn it!”, BLIN has always existed between opposing meanings. The things we inherit and the things we wish to unlearn. A word that can feed you or escape your mouth in despair becomes a fitting namesake for the project that refuses to resolve its own dualities. What began as a personal attempt to understand my memory has grown into a collective act of making and participation. In its previous volume, BLIN has brought together artists working within and beyond Slavic and Post-Soviet identities, creating space for experiences that are too often flattened, romanticised or spoken for through a Western or Institutional lens. Volume III carries this impulse forward, extending an invitation to encounter these histories not as fixed identities, but as living, conflicting and continually rewritten realities. At Peckham Oasis Gallery, BLIN brings its publication into a physical space once again, inviting audiences to encounter the artists and ideas that shape its evolving archive. The exhibition and publication launch extend beyond the print, transforming an independent publishing project into a shared encounter between artistic practices To publish is to preserve, but also to choose what is remembered. BLIN remains attentive to these contradictions, treating the act of bringing people and works together as an ongoing practice of resistance, solidarity and collective reimagination. BLIN does not attempt to reconcile every difference. It does not offer a complete picture, nor does it promise resolution. Instead, it makes room for the unresolved Press and Enquiries blin.gazeta@gmail.com Instagram: @blin.gazeta PRIVATE VIEW: 26th November 6-10pm Open: 27–29 November 2026 Venue: Peckham Oasis Gallery, London Address: Unit 4/5, Dovedale Trading Estate, London SE15 4QN Further information, participating artists and launch details to be announced.
