RSVPCelebrate our fascination and interest in space with this major art and science exhibition. About 2026 saw the world captivated by The Artemis II mission—NASA’s first crewed lunar flyby in over 50 years and the wonders of the solar eclipse. Celebrate our fascination and interest in space with this major art and science exhibition which brings together contemporary artworks and remarkable historic scientific artefacts, that explore humanity’s enduring fascination with the universe. Discover breathtaking pieces by leading names such as Christopher Le Brun, Cornelia Parker and Wolfgang Tillmans and Royal West of England Academy Academicians, alongside emerging artists exploring the mysteries of the universe through paint, sculpture, installation and digital media. Complementing these contemporary works are rare and remarkable artefacts from the Royal Astronomical Society and national collections. From historical moon drawings and star maps to beautifully crafted celestial globes and a 4.2 billion-year-old meteorite, these objects offer a glimpse into how artists and scientists have long turned to the skies in search of meaning, beauty and understanding.
