In this focused program, Pauline Forlenza, AFA Director & CEO, sits down with Axel Rüger, Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Director of the Frick Collection, to explore museum leadership today, from stewardship of historic collections to institutional growth and public engagement. Drawing on Axel Rüger’s experience and Pauline Forlenza’s leadership, the conversation will offer insight into the present and future of the field.
