Elisa Zadi | Dove nascono le nuvole

For Rome Art Week, the Edarcom Europa gallery is presenting a solo exhibition by the artist Elisa Zadi. About On Friday, October 23rd, at 6:00 PM, the Edarcom Europa gallery—located at Via Macedonia 12 in Rome—will host the opening of a solo exhibition by Elisa Zadi titled “Dove nascono le nuvole” (“Where Clouds Are Born”). Curated by Francesco Ciaffi and Beatrice Conte, the exhibition is part of the Rome Art Week program. Already recognized by keen observers of the contemporary painting scene, Elisa Zadi (Arezzo, 1979) presents a substantial series of recent paintings at Edarcom Europa, showcasing her elegant exploration of the relationship between human beings and nature. In the exhibition catalog, Beatrice Conte notes that “by analyzing the prosaic wonder of a world that still retains so much enchantment, Elisa Zadi’s painting—executed with extraordinary confidence—is shaped by her intuitive insights into silence, life, and the small, botanical details of existence. The artist explores and develops her vision of beauty on the threshold of a dreamlike realm, though without the explicit intent of making it surreal; rather, she seeks to immerse herself spiritually in that organic vitality which, from the damp earth, gives rise to a flower, a leaf, or a cloud!” The exhibition, which comprises approximately thirty works, will be open to the public with free admission until November 14th. For the opening weekend, the gallery will also be exceptionally open on Sunday, October 25th.
