Immersive Entertainment: As you enjoy your three-course meal , Basil’s fiery temper, Sybil’s sharp wit, and Manuel’s hilarious mishaps will keep you in stitches. Delightful Three-Course Meal: Savor a delicious menu carefully prepared to complement the evening’s antics. Every course comes with a generous helping of humour! Set Menu: Basil’s Roasted Tomato and Pepper Soup (VE, GF) A vibrant Tomato soup served with an accidental splash of fine herb pesto (if Manuel remembers). Chef’s “Forgotten” Bruschetta (VE, GF) Rustic Sour dough bread topped with cherry tomatoes, olives, and smashed avocado, possibly toasted, depending on the mood in the kitchen. Mains: Polly’s “Perfect” Roast Gammon (GF) Slow roasted honey glazed Gammon with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, and a red wine jus – guaranteed well done, or possibly very rare. Sybil’s Vegetarian Wellington (VE) Roasted butternut squash, Lentil, and cumin flavoured – prepared to Sybil’s exacting standards (and Basil's irritation). Dessert: Manuel’s Surprise Cheesecake (VE, GF) A chocolate & orange cheesecake – though the “surprise” is often that it’s still wobbling.
