How to be in the Future: A Future Senorium

Salon for a Speculative Future presents: How to be in the Future: A Future Sensorium showcasing interdisciplinary artists exploring spatial sensibility through sound, movement, sculpture, print & film. About A Future Sensorium brings together eight women artists who examine our relationship to space, place, and memory from a multi-sensory perspective. Each work invites the viewer to experience and expand their sensory awareness whilst also exploring our sense of place, belonging and togetherness. The exhibition features sound sculpture, sonic voicing, rhythmic movement, body scan sculptures and moving image works. As Maurice Merleau-Ponty noted: “Our bodies are the anchors of our spatial experience.
