As part of Lyon & Turnbull's 200th anniversary celebrations, the viewing brings together an exceptional selection of Lalique glass, jewellery and decorative objects, showcasing the extraordinary craftsmanship and imagination of one of the most influential designers of the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods. At its heart is a remarkable private collection assembled over more than three decades by a London collector. The collection features Lalique's distinctive use of clear, frosted, stained, opalescent and coloured glass, expressed through vases, car mascots, statuettes, clocks and perfume bottles. Further highlights include rare Libellules and black Épines boxes, alongside sought after vase designs such as Tortues , Montlhéry and Champagne , as well as jewellery, paperweights and tableware.
