RSVPA 50-person group show celebrating the invisible labour and non-linear time of creative practitioners, imagining a fictional living room where artworks function as domestic paraphernalia. About While most of the world functions within strict working hours and predetermined conditions, us artists, fall within an undefined grey zone of capitalism. Rooted in the meme "your unemployed friend on a monday at 2 pm", the 50-person group-show is an exercise to reclaim the (often) invisible labour and non-linear time of creative folks. The exhibition imagines a fictional living room where artworks are used as domestic paraphernalia for the "unemployed friend". Together they merge both their private and their public roles, allowing the visitors' gaze to decide their narratives. Through a detached manner, and a strategically lazy approach to curating, this exhibition becomes a point of intersection where we celebrate misunderstood, underseen and unpredictable forms of artistic labour.
