"New Work, Old School" Opening Reception

Pictor Gallery is pleased to announce our upcoming exhibitions. Please join us for the Opening Reception on 11/5 from 6-8 PM! RSVP at the link in our bio. About In Gallery 1 - Paul Blumenthal solo show, “New Work, Old School” In Gallery 2 - “Seen and Unseen” with Sally Eisenberg, Deb Flagella, Sachie Hayashi, Fumiko Kashiwagi, and Elizabeth Stern. This exhibition is built around an old-fashioned idea. Look closely, work directly from the subject, and see what happens. Watercolor, oil, drawing, and collage all appear here, but the process stays rooted in observation rather than photographic reference. The result is a show about attention, expression, and the pleasures of letting a familiar thing become something a little stranger. Both shows will be on view from 11/3-11/28!
