Helen Lederer is a British comedian, writer and actress who emerged as part of the alternative comedy boom in the 1980s. She has worked constantly in television and film in such shows as French & Saunders, Bottom, Absolutely Fabulous, Countdown, Casualty, Heartbeat, Celeb Big Brother, Midsomer Murders, Celebrity Masterchef, Ready Steady Cook, Happy Families, Pointless Celebrities, Pilgrimage, Hollyoaks and many more too numerous to mention. Sixty tv/film credits in total in fact plus many stage plays in addition! Helen is also the founder of the Comedy Women In Print awards which she started in 2018.
