Sound Bath & Meditation with Singing Bowls at Tea Amantes. About Our Sound Bath & Meditation session with Adam Clark is returning to Tea Amantes – Community Arts this November. If you’ve been feeling busy, stressed or simply need some time to slow down, join us for an hour of calming sounds, gentle vibrations and peaceful meditation in the heart of Blackpool. Adam will guide the session using singing bowls, creating a relaxing soundscape where you can switch off from the everyday rush, get comfortable and simply enjoy the moment.
