Summer Term 2026 - Introduction to Drawing Short Course

Whether you’re a complete beginner or just brushing up existing skills, this 8 week course will build confidence and skills in drawing. Overview This course is designed to boost your drawing skills while helping you build a unique body of work. Each session hones in on a different technique, from line and tone to perspective and mark-making. You’ll explore a variety of methods, working with both traditional materials and more unconventional mediums, all while being encouraged to experiment and discover your personal style. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to gain confidence in drawing, this course covers everything from life drawing and portraits to more abstract approaches.
