The House Has A Body

The House Has a Body brings together Hayfa Algwaiz, Marisa Müsing and Monya Riachi at Gallery44, exploring home, memory and the body within Primrose Hill townhouse. For opening drinks details and to RSVP, please visit gallery44.co.uk About Gallery44 presents The House Has a Body, a group exhibition bringing together Hayfa Algwaiz, Marisa Müsing and Monya Riachi. Set within a lived-in townhouse in Primrose Hill, the exhibition explores the relationship between home, memory and the body. Rooms become more than settings for artworks: they hold traces of daily life, personal histories and the gestures through which we make a place our own. The works unfold throughout the house, inviting visitors to consider how we inhabit spaces and how those spaces, in turn, shape us. Each artist offers a distinct perspective, opening up a conversation around intimacy, belonging and the emotional life of the home. Curated by Gallery44, with exhibition text by Shirin Fathi, The House Has a Body opens during Frieze Week, a short walk from Frieze London in Regent’s Park.
