Turkish Night at Station South, with Tevec

A fun evening of dance and culture at Station South - with dinner, Turkish dance performances and mini-workshop, live drumming, and DJ! Join us for a joyful evening of food, dance, and music - with our special guest, bellydancer Tevec , beloved in the London Turkish community for her amazing high-energy shows, and performing for us in Manchester for one night only! Turkish dance mini-workshop - get in the mood for dancing and learn Halay (Turkish line dance) with Tevec - a fun community dance for all ages and abilities Dinner - dining tickets include a set menu from the amazing chef at Station South (all halal and suitable for vegans, GF available on request) - jewelled couscous salad, aubergine & chickpea tagine, hummus, flatbreads, and baklava for dessert! Bellydance show, with live drummer - see Tevec's stunning Turkish-style bellydance show, and find out why she's such a popular enertainer at Turkish events & weddings across the UK! Plus a small selection of gorgeous guest dancers from Manchester and beyond - all accompanied by blazing live pecussion by Joëlle Barker DJ - after the show, join us on the dancefloor and with DJ Necmi Cavli ( Oojami ), playing an eclectic mix of Turkish and Balkan beats and bellydance classics PLEASE NOTE - dining tickets must be booked before the 14th of April , when we will place our final catering order. After this date, only non-dining tickets will be available. To eat at this event, you must buy a dining ticket - there will not be any other food menu at Stationi South on the night.
