This isn't a lecture — expect affirmations, guided connection exercises, and real conversations about confidence, self-image, and what it means to show up for yourself. You'll move, you'll breathe, and you'll set the tone for the rest of the evening. Beginner-Friendly Twerk & Jiggle Class (40–45 mins) Led by instructors Sophia and Lauren (Twerk After Work), this class is designed for all levels especially beginners. You'll learn twerk fundamentals, body isolations, and simple choreography set to an all-female power playlist. No dance background needed. Just bring yourself and an open mind. The Curve Catwalk Finale Every great night deserves a moment. The session closes with a Curve Catwalk — your chance to walk it out, own the room, and celebrate yourself in front of a crowd that's cheering you on. This is the part people never forget.
