YTOB Audition Workshop 2026

4-hr audition masterclass: technique & demos, then perform a 90-sec package, get pro feedback, and land your dream role. Ages 13-18 The masterclass is a 4-hour workshop that will cover audition technique. The course will begin with tips, strategies, and an audition demonstration, while the second half is reserved for participant performances and feedback—suggested age range 13+. Participants should come prepared with a rehearsed 90-second audition package to showcase their acting, voice, and movement. Participants will then receive feedback from an experienced theater professional and have the chance to perform again, using the feedback to reflect on improvements and enhance marketability. ABOUT MARC PAVAN Marc Pavan is a professional musical theater actor who has performed in shows at the Kennedy Center, Shakespeare Theatre Company, and the Lexington Opera House. He currently works as a teaching artist and performer at The Lexington Theater Company and recently earned his master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. ABOUT JE'SHAUN JACKSON YTOB alum Je'Shaun Jackson originated the role of Toby Walters in the off-Broadway hit Romy and Michele: The Musical . Recent credits include Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey II), Seussical The Musical (Horton), and Fat Ham (Juicy). They are recently reprising the role of Juicy in Fat Ham with Orlando Shakes.
